Trespassing for the purpose of parking a vehicle is the going upon the property owned or occupied by another person for the purpose of parking any vehicle upon such property.

Trespassing for the purpose of parking a vehicle is a Class C violation.

Wasting water, gas, etc. Is a willfully causing the waste of any water, gas, steam or hot air conveyed by or through any pipe without the consent of the person owning or having control of such pipe. Wasting water, gas, steam or hot air is a Class C violation.

It shall be unlawful for any fortuneteller, palmist, phrenologist, or clairvoyant to carry on or practice his business, trade, or profession within the city.

A violation of this section is a Class C violation.

It Shall be unlawful for any person to trespass upon property owned or occupied by another in this city for the purpose of looking or peeping into any window, door, skylight or other opening in a house, room or building, or to loiter in a public place for the purpose of wrongfully observing the actions of occupants of any such house, room or building.

Violation of this section is a Class C violation.

As used in this section, unless the context otherwise requires, the term “flag” shall have the following meaning: Flag includes every flag, standard, color or ensign authorized by the laws of the United States or of this state, and every picture or representation thereof, of any size, made of any substance, or presented on any substance evidently purporting to be such flag, standard, color or ensign of the United States or of this state, and every picture or representation which shows the design thereof.

(a)   Desecration of flags is:

(1)   In any manner for exhibition or display, placing or causing to appear any work, figure, mark, picture, design, drawing or any advertisement of any nature upon any flag of the United States or of this state.

(2)   Exposing to public view any such flag upon which is printed, painted, or placed or to which is attached, appended, affixed or annexed any word, figure, mark, picture, picture, design, drawing or any advertisement of any nature.

(3)   Exposing to public view, manufacturing, selling, exposing for sale, giving away, or having in possession for sale or to give away, or for use for any purpose any article or substance being an article of merchandise or a receptacle of merchandise upon which is printed, painted, attached, or color or ensign to advertise, call attention to, decorate, mark or distinguish the article or substance on which so placed.

(4)   Publicly mutilating, defacing, defiling or trampling any such flag. Desecration of flags is a Class A violation.
